This document describes in detail the terms and rules that apply to the use of all services on the vs789 platform. Please read it in full before creating an account.
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between vs789 ("we", "our", "platform") and its users ("you", "player"). By using any service of vs789, creating an account, or accessing the platform, you are considered to have agreed to accept these Terms in full. General Payment Rules
Funds deposited to the account are for gaming purposes only. 5. Bonuses and Promotions
Welcome Bonus
New players who create an account and make their first deposit on vs789 will receive a 200% welcome bonus, up to ৳8,000. Example bonus calculation:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000
- Deposit ৳10,000 or more → Bonus up to ৳8,000 → Total balance ৳18,000
Wagering Requirements
A 25x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.
- The time limit for meeting the wagering requirement starts from the date the bonus is credited.
- The wagering contribution may vary across different games.
- If the wagering requirement is not met, the bonus and any winnings from it will be cancelled.
- Another bonus offer cannot be accepted while one bonus offer is already active.
VIP and Cashback Program
The vs789 VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

6. Gaming Rules
Fair Play Policy
All games on vs789 are operated fairly and impartially. Our game providers' software is tested and uses RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to determine results. It is not possible to manipulate the outcome of any game, and anyone who attempts to do so will face strict action.
Disconnection
If internet connectivity is lost during a game, the game result is saved on the server. The correct result will be displayed upon reconnection. vs789 is generally not liable for losses caused by internet issues, but if you contact customer support we will investigate the problem.
Sports Betting Rules
The following must be followed when placing sports bets:
- Bets cannot be changed or cancelled after they are placed (except where a cash-out option applies).
- If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
- In the case of disputed results, vs789's decision will be considered final.
- If a bet is placed at an erroneous price due to an odds change, vs789 reserves the right to cancel that bet.
- A maximum bet amount for a single event may be set.
7. Prohibited Activities

- Operating multiple accounts or claiming bonus benefits by the same individual
- Operating games through bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
- Money laundering or illegal financial activities
- Attempting to access another user's account or hacking
- Abusing or manipulating the bonus program
- Participating in match fixing or sports fraud
- Displaying obscene, discriminatory, or harmful behaviour on the platform
- Unauthorised use of the vs789 brand or trademarks
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform
8. Account Suspension and Closure
Suspension by Us
vs789 may temporarily or permanently suspend any account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity
- Failure to verify identity or provision of false information
- Extended inactivity
- At the user's own request to close the account
Voluntary Account Closure
You may close your account at any time. Please contact our customer support to do so. Any legitimately earned balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9. Limitation of Liability

Service Availability

If any bets are in progress during this time, they will be restored from the state saved on the server.
